Voicy is a brand operated by Sagiv S.A. During Voicy's initial launch phase, certain commercial functions, including customer contracting and payment processing, may be provided through NS Real Estate LLC.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Voicy website, AI receptionist, phone agent, appointment scheduling, messaging, and related services.

By accessing or using Voicy, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Service Description

Voicy provides AI-powered communication and automation services that may include:

• Answering and managing phone calls
• Responding to caller questions
• Qualifying leads
• Scheduling, confirming, canceling, and rescheduling appointments
• Transferring calls
• Sending appointment confirmations and reminders
• Sending and receiving transactional SMS and other supported messages
• Generating call transcripts and summaries
• Integrating with calendars, CRM systems, email services, automation platforms, and other third-party tools

Available functionality may vary depending on the customer's configuration, subscription, integrations, and telecommunications providers.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information to Voicy
• Configuring the service appropriately for their business
• Using Voicy only for lawful purposes
• Complying with applicable call recording and consent laws
• Complying with telecommunications, messaging, privacy, and telemarketing laws applicable to their business and callers
• Ensuring that information and instructions provided to the AI receptionist are accurate and appropriate
• Obtaining any notices or consents required for their particular use of the service

Customers may not use Voicy to send unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or unsolicited communications.

SMS Messaging Terms

Voicy may provide transactional SMS messaging related to appointments and services requested by users.

SMS messages may include:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates
• Cancellation confirmations
• Rescheduling information
• Responses to appointment-related requests

Voicy's current SMS messaging program is transactional and is not intended for promotional or marketing messages.

SMS Consent

SMS participation is optional.

Users may choose to receive SMS communications when scheduling an appointment or interacting with Voicy.

Where consent is collected verbally during a phone call, SMS messages are sent only after the user explicitly agrees to receive them.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing, scheduling, or using Voicy services.

Message frequency varies depending on the user's appointments and interactions with Voicy.

SMS Opt-Out and Help

Users may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

After opting out, the user will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless they subsequently opt in again.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of call recording, transcription, AI processing, and related features complies with applicable laws and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents required for their use case.

Third-Party Services

Voicy may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including telecommunications providers, messaging providers, scheduling platforms, CRM systems, automation platforms, hosting providers, AI providers, email providers, and payment processors.

Voicy is not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or independent actions of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

Service Availability

Voicy may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features of the service from time to time.

We do not guarantee that the service, telecommunications networks, third-party integrations, AI systems, or messaging services will be available without interruption or error.

Disclaimer

Voicy is an AI-powered communication and automation service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Voicy does not guarantee that AI-generated responses, transcripts, summaries, scheduling actions, or other automated outputs will always be complete, accurate, or error-free.
